Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers may request to cancel their appointment 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled date and time of the service. Cancellation requests can be made through our official communication channels, including email or phone. All cancellation requests will be confirmed by our customer service team.
Customers who cancel their booking 72 hours prior to their scheduled appointment are eligible for a refund of the deposit minus a £5 cancellation fee.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The refund amount will be the total service fee minus the £5 cancellation fee.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking. If the original payment method is no longer valid, the customer must provide an alternative method for the refund to be processed.
Non-Refundable Cases and No-Shows:
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment date are not eligible for a refund. In all cases, if a customer fails to show up for the service without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
In cases where customers wish to modify the service details rather than cancel, such modifications will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Any changes should be communicated to our customer service team as early as possible.
A £5 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible cancellations. This fee covers administrative and processing costs associated with managing the cancellation request.
